One thing I would like to add for the younger people out there is don’t open multiple accounts too quickly, especially if you have a short credit history. This can look risky because you are taking on a lot of possible debt. New accounts will also lower the average age of your existing accounts, something that your credit score also considers.</description>

Let&#039;s let all the foreclosures work themselves out so we can get out of this down cycle, which should last about five years.  We can all agree that freezing rates will only prolong this mortgage meltdown.</description>
